i feel like there's a corollary to "you pull you tank" and it's "if you, the tank, insist on collecting up all the mobs but then move them four literal separate times because it's not really a wall pull until you've mashed yourself facefirst into the barrier, then you can DPS them until i get there"

yeah it's absolutely emet/wol for this one because no one could possibly comprehend how desperately i keep trying to get summer into a narrative position to fuck that old man and it KEEPS NOT HAPPENING the aesthetic is so GOOD and the themes are so CHOICE and it KEEPS. NOT. HAPPENING.

Something I've been noticing a lot in my everyday FFXIV gameplay lately is a sense of like..."what is this even for" - chiefly, with the relic weapon and with Oizys. Like, yeah, I'm doing a little bit of the grind every day, but sometimes I have to stop and ask myself why, and it's hard to answer.

I originally designed WOL Summer specifically as "a person who would NOT be absolutely horrified by the Crystal Exarch's actions in ShB and instead would be like 'damn it's hot that you were willing to [all of that] for me'."
Obviously in AUs where she's not the WOL, that doesn't come into play! 🧵

Me looking directly at three (3) tiny Mamool Ja children, one of whom is wearing a princess dress, and the way that they engage with every single adult in their life (except Uvlo who is broke and sleeps in trees).
