A grainy, dark colored illustration. A horrible creature that is wolf-like with a wolfish skull and a swollen looking tongue creeps along an old stone wall. Hidden in the shadows just behind the wall is a frightened werewolf with a spear, looking with fear over their shoulder.

The borders show a Weyr's flayed body on the left, and on the right is the skull-like beast with elongated arms and exposed inner chest.

The top and the bottom show a long torchlit hallway with a central archway. The top shows the skull monster lurking in the doorway, below is the Weyr with the spear walking forward unaware of the many-armed monster closing in behind them.
