I find it strange how so many roleplayers fear that Housing/Neighbourhoods will kill public RP.

Those that want to exclusively RP in private do so already.

Please reconsider having Demon Blades override Demon's Bite. The latter is an ability with two wholly unique animations that no other ability provides, and it is a fun resource "builder" ability core to Havoc.

Deleting Demon's Bite entirely is a callous decision.

I've noticed that a lot of art commissioners tend to hesitate when it comes to asking for changes and it makes me sad. If these requests are reasonable I'm always more than happy to do these changes! We artists are not psychics so we don't always get it right immediately and that's ok.

Gatekeeping the Artifact weapon appearances and the Seasonal PvP gear is a big misstep for Legion Remix. It tells me that Blizzard still has a lot to learn about its core and consistent playerbase.
