First two chapters were good (but a recap.) The Milton model is conveniently laid out in Appendix 2! Getting through the BS took a bit of work 😬 but it's a solid starting point for doing traditional improvised trances.

(I also want to bitch about hypnosis certifications but that's a bees nest I don't want to kick too hard. There's a lot of skilled and kind individuals that have been scammed and I don't know how to deal with it. :| )

You’re fine on this one too! Your presentation is always tempered with doubts and not reverence of fancy words, language and arguments. I mostly worry about the “oh wow pretty headlines” type.

Yeah hella that. Studies are *hard* to read, and there’s a higher volume of crap unless you know how to use sci-hub. News outlets do an awful job of reviewing (psych) studies too.

Maybe I should stack on a critically-reading-studies workshop.

I don't have a psych degree, but I'm pretty sure 70% of people who say they have one are faking it. (Either that or psych education is incredibly abysmal. 😬) I feel confident enough to chat about building a psych bullshit detector.
