iirc it was a flutter-jump of sorts?

Have a feeling the hover issue could be resolved with an alternate input method like Peach in smash bros etc, but, dunno!

how did you feel about getting the doublejump ability?
Like its great as doublejumps are, but it makes the hover less accessible for me to use which I relied a bit on in tight combat spaces 🤔

Honestly runbacks are the reason I didn't finish the last two DLC bosses of DS1 and some of the harder-to-reach optional bosses ins DS3. They ultimately just burn time away from my learning the pattern-based mechanisms of entirely separate spaces and almost never directly relate.
