Right, now that I'm no longer completely dead, I should probably like... actually start using this thing a bit more seriously, huh? I'll put my ref sheets back up shortly. Been trying to navigate what's changed in social media since I dropped off the face of the earth.

I am, at last, nearly fully recovered. I have been testing the limits of what I can and can't handle in small doses. At this point, I basically just need to fully recover my voice and practice talking for extended periods again. And fix my stream setup (GoXLR issues).

For those that don't know, I have been incredibly sick basically since the end of Nov. Various flu strains, fevers, throat bruising, and issues with my lungs that were likely exasperated by my bout with Covid a couple years ago. I still plan to come back to streaming. Just need to be healthy first.

Sometimes I feel like an unintentional puppet master, and other times, I feel like I am the one on strings, dancing for some unseen entities amusement. It's like I always know the entire script for the play, and yet I am forced to dance along against my will.

I'm gonna play the heck out of this game when it comes out.

I think people need to stop having such an overdramatic vitriolic reaction to every single game trailer or overview that comes out. People also need to stop listening to every "critic" that has something to say, from the big names down to the nobodies, and form your own opinions again.

The sucky part of coming back to social media and streaming after being very low profile for most of this year is that you start with nothing and are alone. But I am used to that. The cool part is that I will hopefully be able to build things back up better than they were before.
