mornin all. thinkin about what I want to get better at. Narrative and gesture are part of it. But for the moment, I'm gonna pat myself on the back for this part of the painting in particular. I want to be able to do more of this.

The more clear headed I am, the more I think I have undiagonsed... something. Ive been averse to pursuing it historically cuz of bad experiences and "i have 20 disorders in found on webmd" rabbitholing. If only mental health screenings were a thing.

I don't know if it's a form of imposter syndrome or something else. But the best way I can describe how things feel recently is like being very mad at the person I am, vs the person who I thought I could be. I think it's an irrational feeling, but it's still probably a reason i burn out.
