oh believe i am NOT kidding, I haven't beaten it yet but I've played enough of Sonic's story to know that ripping away its sheer raw insanity the unique experiences it gives is missing the point

The popular reviews tab and every single recent remake or release in general have become active hazard zones and I only began noticing just how bad it can be recently as well LMAO

But honestly yeah, it can be so chill and interesting when you look at the pages of games that get a lot less attention

Backloggd could be and actively is a wonderful space for interesting conversations and perspectives and that's what kinda makes it even sadder to also see it fester such a worthless clout "economy" and entire reviews be just brain (dick) measuring contests

Had a Backloggd related idea for when the year ends, but I'd involve shouting-out a TON of amazing writers and users but I always have this crippling fear that people might feel uncomfortable if I were to add their work to a public list without their knowledge.
