Whether you created, reposted, liked, or simply took the time to enjoy the shared works, you helped make this second edition special. I know this year’s prompts were a little more delicate and complex — next time, I’d like to go for something simpler (maybe one-word themes). If that sounds good, I might run a poll around January/February to hear your thoughts!

Despite a chaotic IRL life, I tried to be present as much as I could — though I know I was less active than last year. I’m sorry if I missed some of your entries, but please know how grateful I am for each and every one. I’ll also be keeping an eye on this account for another week to repost/like any late entries, and to catch the ones I might have overlooked.

#Erenweek will return for its 3rd edition in 2026, from September 21st to 27th! ✨I’m already looking forward to celebrating with you all again, and to seeing the amazing creations you’ll bring !

But what she called for never answered. She had left a part of herself in Ultima Thule, a shadow too heavy for any light to banish. I knew she did not love me as she had loved the one she lost there. The I love yous whispered too late, the apologies she had never dared to offer, the promises left hanging between two silences… She would never love me as she loved him. So I remained, silent, a mute witness to her prayers and her despair. But without him, she would not have become the woman I loved, with her wounds, her silences, and her prayers. Like the festivals in Tuliyollal, Othard had such its own fair shares of festivals. Specifically from the North of the continent, I envisioned that they would have festivals that relate to the releasing of sky lanterns for certain festivities.
