This is the #FHIR version you'll want to watch and plan for.

R4B and R5 have seen adoption by newly started countries (it's the best version available after all), the big ones (🇺🇸🇩🇪🇳🇱...) indicated they're waiting for R6 to upgrade their specs' FHIR version again.
