fixed the hairs bounce and the pants meshes and i got a working little samurai sprite! just gotta repeat that for the NW facing

an attempt was made, didn't way it was a good attempt, but i got animatable hairs ( and face rig ) done for the SW facing character ... also using spine tint black feature which is , for this project, a pretty amazing time saver and open up massive customization options.
