Really disliked Thursday’s #BeyondTheGates as Nicole’s own family all trailed up to compliment her at the ‘professional recognition’ event. I hate when shows do this, it feels false and sickly sweet, and lost a bit of its realness imo with this ep. Eva was the only good thing here.

#EastEnders killing Martin would be a mistake. Not only is he the 1985 legacy baby but so far on the Square of the young kids Pearl, Mica, Ollie, Jordan, Tommy, Arthur and Sonia’s baby have dead bio dads and Lily, Annie and Lexi’s are absent. Bit much to have another two (Hope and Roman) join that.

#EastEnders Martin should be a leading man on this show. The first character born on the show, and still there, the current actor James Bye can do serious drama and comedy easily. He has a huge backstory with three ex-wives and several kids (& they keep coming 😉).

So (re)watching #Dallas #Knotslanding #Dynasty #Falconcrest in US air date order as that’s not how they were shown in UK TV. Boy, I’m not loving Dynasty as much I did back then. The CBS soaps were definitely superior.
