No, but I guess you can use MFCG to generate medium-sized modern cites. Unless you need some specific large features such as factories, stadiums etc.
Hey! Yeah, these two map are definitely produced by my generators. It doesn't violate their rather vague "license". Judging by the description, the creator provides enough of their own content, so it's fine.

Are you asking about Perilous Shores? You can rename stuff in all my generators, but specifically in PS it is done by double-clicking the name or via the context menu. This might not work with things like Eszett or umlauts though...
