This has not affected any active or planned military activities.

I'm making a miniature ATLAS detector.
Proof of concept works, I just need to scale it up, CAD is all done. 5 PCB's ~A4 size, and over £1500 in PCB components alone. 😅

Possible Russian Oreshnik ballistic missile launch... and failure.
This Russian missile disintegrated shortly after being launched. The debris is raining on neighboring Kazakhstan. Some Russian military bloggers say that it was a failed Oreshnik ballistic missile.
