Only just caught this - you should be very proud of yourself for having a plan b (or x or whatever) and making it work!
You got up from a dark place, dusted yourself down and got a job!

We’re totally in the same page here. We’re lucky to have the NHS and if it was managed, staffed and funded properly it would work like a dream.
Like it used to way back when.

I’m glad things like adhd are more highlighted now so are easy to spot.
The self medicating thing is so common with misdiagnosed mental health issues. I hope we’re moving forward, but the NHS needs to be funded properly (and that’s another discussion for another time).
