Archer screamed again as the bones in his body broke and rearranged themselves as his body changed.
Soon, he was tearing off his skin as fur sprouted all over.
The brief touch from Reed was nice. In the haze of the change, he appreciated Reed sticking by him.

His comfy sleep was interrupted by blinding pain.
In the haze of alcohol and sex he'd forgotten about the full moon.

He fell out of bed screaming in agony as his body prepared for the change.

The night had been a blur of alcohol and food and cake.

He then got out his phone and gave it to Franklin so he could add his number on it.

It's true. He had been constantly afraid of hurting anyone.
Then he met Reed, and he found his peace.

He was no longer micro dosing himself with wolfsbane, so any injury healed quickly.

Archer nodded as he looked at his boyfriend.

Archer took Reed's hands in his and squeezed them gently.

"What has happened has happened, and now all we can do is help as best we can."

As Reed would clean the blood away, he'd find that any wound that had been there was already healed.

Archer grinned.

Archer was helping anyone injured in the incident.
He was covered in dirt and blood.
Some of it his own, but most was from others.

He was looking around for anyone else who was hurt, but as soon as he saw his boyfriend approaching, he made a bee line straight for him.
