So now I'm officially "retired" I suspect this account may increasingly morph into something different. Sure I'll continue to tweet about medicine - esp anaesthesia, critical care, echo, and PHEM - but from a rather different perspective and in time possibly as a service user rather than provider
Still rather new to this platform which I'm trying to use to generate content relating to multiple interests but acutely aware I have a large group of followers as a result of interest lists generated in the wake of the Musk take over at "the other place"
