2. AI robustness begins well before AI model training. Garbage in ==> garbage out
3. Meaningful clinical progress requires robust data, backed by rigorous data analysis for evidence based clinical care and clinical progress

🔬Most prior ultrasound for fracture studies relied on one "expert" for ground truth data generation and inconsistent use of terminology which compromises study quality and hinders progress.

Thank you #ICCB2025 for hosting us in #RomeItaly. Our study benchmarked state of the art CNNs commonly used in clinical #ultrasound imaging for orthopedic fracture care; we report high variability among professions regarded as #experts & low inter-annotator reliability for bone fracture features!
