I was given this book in my first post uni job. #old
when I was like 9 or so, my dad and every one of his friends and professional associates had this book on their shelf. I found the very concept of it mesmerizing. I don't know what it's about and at this point, I think I prefer the mystery.

@joshgardner.bsky.social is it me or everyone. When I watch the W6N it feels like the refs and TMOs unlock a level of competence and player safety completely lacking in male game.

Imagine working on a project where the team want to use a technology that doesn’t work, doesn’t give accurate results, may give different results every time it’s queried. We don’t accept that in any technology except AI. #weird

Every so often I try to understand why everyone is into kubernetes and come away thinking - these people are far too focused on working hard. I wonder if they cook their food with a fire and fill their bath from a kettle.
