The Glenturret Distillery made a next release in cherished Distillers Dram series. The Distillers Dram Edition No.2 #whisky is crafted from 4 European and American oak sherry casks and includes a peated and unpeated spirit. 1,000 bottles. 46% ABV. £185.

One of a new releases from Cadenhead’s #whisky bottler is this quite unusual Glenfarclas 12yo witch were in Sauternes Hogshead since 2020. 56.5% abv and price is £50.

The Scotch Malt Whisky Society introduce a new luxurious set “Peat Plants II: Elemental whiskies from Scotland’s Western Isles”. It’s a peates single malt #whisky 19, 21, 26 and 31 yo which combinet different peat from Islay, Mull and beyond. Price is £1,200.

Glen Scotia Distillery released new arrival in Whisky's Icons of Campbeltown series - the Wulver. This third release is a 12 year old unpeated #whisky treated to a 9 month finish in tawny port casks. 51.7% abv.

Yes, the first caliber for them was made back in the 1960s in collaboration with Tag Heuer and a couple of other manufacturers. It turned out to be a success for the companies.

Master of Malt #whisky shop celebrate 40 years with some special releases. This 12 yo Mortlach from MoM Single Cask collection was matured from 2013 to 2025 in a refill hogshead and limited to 300 bottles.

Classic Lagavulin is 16 years old, it's better to start. 12 is still young for lagavulin.

Lagavulin is the whisky that really got me interested in single malts, so seeing its price rise isn't ideal. But you're absolutely right: Caol Ila is the largest distillery on Islay, and Laphroaig is the closest.

The lagavulin distillery released 12 yo Lagavulin Grain & Embers Special Releases 2025 Single Malt. This peated #whisky was matured in refill casks and Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso-seasoned European oak butts, 56.5% abv.
