A heart-wrenching weekend of crying from both lambs and the ewes as we weaned the babies this weekend. By the end of the second day, peace was mostly restored.
They are curious about us, but still a little flighty after a couple of stressful days.

Despite the inclement weather and my anxiety about the cool weather, shearing day went ahead as planned, and without a hitch.
My reward was to start digging my hands into beautiful fleeces to prepare them for clientele and mill drop-off!
