Day 6 of #16DaysOfAction: The mountain that wasn’t love.

Love bombing can make control look like care, and harm feel like love. Over time, it builds confusion, self-doubt, and guilt - powerful barriers that keep women trapped and afraid to reach out.

Day 5 of #16DaysOfAction: Every brick tells a story.

Day 4 of #16DaysOfAction: Small changes, big differences.
“They looked at me like I was the problem.

Today on Day 3 of #16DaysOfAction we hear from Leah on the wieght of gendered epxectations.

Day 2 of #16DaysOfAction: The Myths That Stop Us Asking for Help:
Many survivors tell us that before they reach out for support, they’re held back by powerful barriers - shame, fear, self-blame, and the belief that what they experienced “wasn’t serious enough".
