Move the file to your Steam Peggle Nights folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Peggle Nights\levelpacks -> paste in the levelpacks folder).

Then open Peggle Nights, and find the pack in the Quick Play and Challenge tabs!

The Wii Music (2008) song library did not use public domain material to cut costs. It was because of Shigeru Miyomoto’s love for the song ‘Ode to Joy’ from the pachinko game Peggle (2007).
