— entirely true, he would no doubt survive, he was far stronger than her but she needed to try and think a little more positively.

“I will be extra careful and won’t allow him too close.”
— out to squeeze one of his gently before lowering her gaze briefly.

“If you’re asking me to put my faith and trust in you then you are going to need to do the same Tony or we won’t survive this.” She confessed, her head tilting slightly as she met his gaze.

Okay, that wasn’t —
He sounded so sure when it came to his sires ways and how he reacted in situations, but Ada wasn’t so sure, yet she kept that thought to herself, choosing instead to continue to display that small amount of confidence that she still held.

“I will be careful.” She reassured, a hand reaching —
— I need you to know where my head is as and how I have been feeling. That hopelessness hasn’t faded as much as your words have made me feel needed. I just….I need you to let me do this, let me be the one to draw him out for Marcus…and for you.”
— have grown to care for you too, even now after all of the secrets and lies. I felt like maybe I should have just died alongside Marcus, that no-one truly needed me in this world. You gave me hope and then took it away and I am sorry that I am telling you that, I just —
— noticed me was just a part of the game…with him.” Her words became softer as her confession continued, her gaze lowering from his.

She knew she was talking far too much but she felt the need to be honest.

“It truly broke me to believe that I was a part of some game for you both because I —
— behind me. Yet you took the time to notice me and even though it’s such a small thing, it stuck with me, you gave me hope that maybe I could have my life back, at least some form of what I had before but then it all fell apart and I began to wonder whether that small moment where you —
— everything changed but it turns out I had been failing to do that, until you walked into my bar on that first night.” She admitted honestly, a shaky hand raising to run her fingers through her hair.

“You noticed me when you walked inside whereas others — they have one single focus, the alcohol —
— lips in a somewhat dreamlike state, as exhausted as she felt, this whole situation had her feeling like she had fallen asleep.

“I have spent so long just going through the motions that is life, trying to make it through another day. I have been trying to bring back the Ada that existed before —
— little things about her, things that to Ada were just normal, unimportant. No-one had truly taken the time to notice in general unless you counted those in the bar that always attempted to shoot their shot after a few glasses of liquid courage.

“I don’t know what to say.” The words left her —
His confession had her finding herself at a loss for words, something that she couldn’t remember ever happening before, at least never in this way. Her gaze lifted towards him, away from where her attention had been focused on anywhere but on Tony.

No-one had ever taken the time to notice the —
-- unable to find the words - at least not right away.

"You barely know a thing about me.." She confessed, her words were low and soft when she spoke. She couldn't understand why he would care, he had chosen to keep secrets from her..
She had been moments from disagreeing with his words, she truly didn't feel like she had anything left in the world to live for, her brother had been a huge part of her life, but Tony's words confession had caused the blonde to pause.

Her mind chose to betray her in that moment, leaving her --

— existing and trying to live through what I lost. This is the only way and I am more than willing to be used as bait if it means drawing him out of his hiding place.”
“We both know that there is no if, Tony, it is our only option.” Ada admitted, her gaze falling to her lap as she spoke. She couldn’t bring herself to repeat what was going through her mind, it was dark - even for her.

“I would have to have had to be able to throw it away, I’ve simply just been —
— nothing to lose. I lost my brother, I have no family left in this world and I was supposed to die that night, he was just interrupted. I cant bring my brother back but I can help you lure him out.” Ada admitted, not willing to back down.
“What other option do you have Tony?” Ada questioned, an eyebrow raising in expectation as she glanced over at him. “He hasn’t been seen since I chose to remain in this apartment to feel sorry for myself.” Ada admitted, finding it difficult to not be honest with him.

“Truthfully? I have —
— again after learning about Tony and the sire.

“Before you disagree, you know that there is no other option. He isn’t going to want anybody else.”
“If he’s waiting for me to complete his…plan then we should give me to him.” Ada responded honestly, partially because she knew that it made sense as she was his target, but also because a part of her truly didn’t care what happened to her, not after feeling that wave of grief overcome her —
-- she spoke.

"I don't think he'll care for anyone else until he watches me die."
"I guess he's waiting for me then." Ada admitted honestly, her gaze drifting around the room as she spoke. "I haven't left this flat very much since that night and if you were correct in me being his target then he will be waiting for me to reappear." She added, her words almost too casual as --
