Neighbors say this dog has been there for months already and she even had a litter. They brought out her puppies. The puppies are fully weened. They took in the pups once it started raining but didn't take in the Mom but they did feed her. I need help with this one. I cant take the puppies

The reason I came across the cat is because I say this adorable girl chillin in the corner. It took me a good while to trap her. Neighbors say this dog has been there for months already and she even had a litter. They brought out her puppies. The puppies are fully weened.
