Of course we still need critical thinking... you actually need to be a creative problem solver to figure out how to use AI to produce different types of results... I'm just saying what used to take 10 hours ... takes 30 mins... a college degree is 10% talent/int.. and 90% grind..

It can produce the outcome necessary to produce an A+.. readings... writings... research project.. for a whole semester in 30 seconds... I'm saying that the research paper as a standard unit of academic assessment is obsolete...

Right now I'm only interested in exploring the boundaries of what I do with it... and how I could leverage teaching others... but if I make something worth marketing... I'm sure it would pass any legal standard for plagerism...

I totally think thats accurate... but don't you think AI will soon be able to analyze data sets on every person who has ever moved into or out of canada... and interpret that data as well or better than an academic expert.. ?

What I'm doing is being a creative problem solver discovering what it CAN assist me with... with an open minded tinkering mindset... I already am a creative... I might produce a hip hop song today...

I'm not really asking it problem solving questions... because you are right... its really bad at that... but... in the past month I have used it to make a workout app for my phone and I published a graphic novel... with zero previous experience with the standard tech tools used...

I have no experience at all in computer science... 2 weeks ago I asked my chatgpt to help me create a workout app for my phone... I spent about 2 hrs on figma tutorials and I have a 40+ screen wireframe prototype... so... it seems like AI might be a hugely disruptive force in software development.

That's interesting... I'm not here to argue btw... I feel like any conversation is beneficial on this topic... will you find work easily in this field?... will you expect to be using AI as a developer?... will AI lead to an increase or decrease in the software development world...
