Music is my tonic when I’m sad, it lifts my very soul. When I’m happy it shares my joy & dances with me. Looking at my collection, each album reminds me of friends, ex’s, family, fun times, sad times, world events, where I was living, working etc, my life is mapped by music.

Today we remembered all those young men and women that gave their lives for their country.
Most the same age as the Liverpool players we watched today.
It was about life and death.
They gave their life so you could live yours and have freedom of speech.
Use it wisely in their honour.

One thing I will say about City today they have defended really well
I know they are known for their attacking flair but their shape when we have the ball is incredibly hard to breakdown

Sadly, youngest is mostly away at Uni & eldest gets home late.
But today all 4 of us sat down for Sunday lunch. Spending time with the family is just so wholesome.
