Affordable energy? Bill 40 gives priority to AI data centres. The U.S. is seeing hefty rate hikes where there are AI data centres. Will we see the same in Canada? QScale has already said it's considering the Region of Waterloo.

The Ford gov't response to MPP Fife's sessional paper about the 770. They helped fund it & say it's up to the Region of Waterloo "to assemble the site & work collaboratively with the affected communities and stakeholders."
