CvS2 Maki has the LP-MP-HP-HK chain that all Bushinryu have in other games. But both the HP & HK hit very high making them whiff against many crouching characters. You can use this to your advantage by buffering in a 720 and microwalking forward to grab. It works at all break points of the chain!

A quick thread in the replies with more math regarding the health recovery factor for Ratio 4 characters. The bottom line: Even in impossible best-case scenarios, R4 characters still have less effective health against a team of 3, and it gets worse the longer rounds go on.

1/4 Simple version of health recovery: You get back as health 3x what was left on the timer at the end of the previous round. Essentially, you start a round with 3000 health available for a win and that goes down linearly with time. This is a flat number that does not scale with ratios. ...

Capcom has released a quick update for Capcom Fighting Collection 2 today! In CvS2, the order select screen in Versus Mode has been restored! This was a big omission which has thankfully been fixed quickly. Let's see what else Capcom will address moving forward. Patch notes are on the CFC2 website.

Capcom has released a quick update for Capcom Fighting Collection 2 today! In CvS2, the order select screen in Versus Mode has been restored! This was a big omission which has thankfully been fixed quickly. Let's see what else Capcom will address moving forward. Patch notes are on the CFC2 website.

I failed to realize that the Thank You/Share Links page at the end of the CvS2 Community Survey was not enabled, instead dumping everyone who took it (thank you!) to a generic "survey complete" page. Got 425 responses on it, which is fine, but I was expecting 1K+ at the minimum.
