Now he’s grown into a most handsome, loving, kind gentleman.

Very unacceptable from an ethical standpoint - just shows the corporatising of healthcare (be it human or veterinarian) and how much the US (and capitalist states in general) have to learn about welfare & ethics.

I‘d be interested as well to know if this is actually legal in the US.
