I had a couple Easter eggs layed out across the scene but this one’s my favorite

A scrapped trailer I had started working on for Remixed Royale! Eventually the map was too quickly built and I ended up having no room to properly fit this. I’m also pretty amateur at animation. If I still have this file I believe I should finish it to improve on my lack of skill.

Season 1 UI vs Season 2 UI

A simple evolution of my projects thumbnail. It was my first complete render I used for something. And while still simple and amateur, I consider it my best one!

Found one of the oldest clips of my map! This was before I had any knowledge on custom UI, as well as verse. I’m more equipped to do the environmental aspect of game dev. But over time I’ve been learning ways to make this map feel authentic! Don’t be afraid to re-open an old project and work on it!

A lot that goes into updating a map is ensuring new systems work cleanly. This involves making a fully working Battle bus system for BR ( with random paths! ) as well as a custom user interface. Which I decided to remix the old positioning of the health bar. With some chapter 3 gradient touch ups!

Also here was the Season 1 “splash screen” I made.

One thing I do like about recreating/Remixing the Athena map is I can make small changes that epic never did back in the day!

With Athena Remixed Royale, I started out with Season 1, after a failed launch I sunsetted the project for a while. However I reopened it a few weeks ago and something drew me back to continue it despite OG existing. But here’s the progress/Difference! S1 can be played with this code: 4098-5747-4407

Remaking Fortnite Chapter 1 in the chapter 3 style, I’ve done season 1 before but it was terribly put together. So I’m polishing it up with a coat of season 2!
