I think the saddest part of my job is trying to help people get coverage so their family doesn’t have to worry and they’re super rude every time I call and then they die and their kids call me crying….

I absolutely love the ability to give gifts. One of my favorite things is to watch somebody open a gift I brought and the joy that crawls across their faces…I just love it!
