That's exactly what I mean! There have been a few figures over the years that I've seen and gone "oooh, that's not great" and then got anyways because it was a character I really liked. (Legacy Animated Bumblebee and AotP Sky-Byte come to mind) Going forward I'll probably have to stop doing that.

Gonna be honest at this point I'm feeling pretty much priced out of any new Transformers stuff

I'll MAYBE still pick up the ones based on characters I REALLY care about like Animated Ratchet or Swindle, but even then they're gonna need to actually be good toys to justify it.

This sucks.

Hit writer's block on the Death's Head script, worked on the bionicle outline instead. Not sure yet how I'm gonna keep people invested once the gimmick is revealed but I'm working on it.
