Good news for those of us who care about King Trump breaking the law. I am thankful for any court rulings that limit Trump's power. We will see what the Supreme Court does. It seems clear that there is no legal basis for Trump to be imposing tariffs.
I'm happy the weather turned out to be more mild than I expected. It was a nice run on the Montour Trail -- starting at the beginning of the trail -- with deer and bunnies keeping me company. I am now in a better mental state to deal with the craziness of my workday.
I started out this morning in darkness thinking that I needed a sweatshirt. I ended up running 4 miles in a t-shirt and then shirtless and sweaty.

I did not think to check the "Dress My Run" app when getting ready for my run. The app is now telling me to wear a t-shirt and shorts...
Let's not forget that Cassidy, a doctor, voted for RFK Jr. in the first place. He wanted to give this well-known anti-vaxxer kook a chance. Republicans could have prevented the current destruction of the CDC.
