Y'all I didn't end up fasting yesterday but I stg I did t eat TOO much but I think my lapse in taking my lactose pills is what's causing the more severe weight gain?? Idk it said I gained 1.8lbs from yesterday which obviously isn't possible unless I ate like an insane amount. Which I ate
