A 50 Books for 50 Years graphic featuring the cover of I Think We've Been Here Before by Suzy Krause. The cover features a collage with a large yellow moon over a vertical black strip filled with stars, beside an orange-to-yellow gradient background. Below is a black-and-white photo of two people walking down a road with billowing smoke clouds in the distance. The title is in bold black letters, and the author’s name appears at the bottom in white, with “Bestselling author of Sorry I Missed You” in light blue and white. The text reads: “Literary Press Group of Canada, Celebrating 50 Years Supporting Literature. Radiant Press.”

I had the pleasure of being interviewed by poet David Romanda. Check out this interview in which I reflect on the creation of Vroom Lit magazine, guiding young writers, and my writing process (or lack thereof).

When we first started dating, my wife bought me this English translation of Boris Vian's novel, L'Écume des Jours. It's one of my most prized books. 💕💕

My surrealist poem, A Child's Questions, was a finalist for the Perpendicular Poetry Prize! Although I couldn't attend the awards event all the way in London, I did get to submit a video reading.

Congratulations to my fellow shortlisted authors and to the winning author! <3

I teach film and literary analysis. We always watch Schindler's List and discuss color analysis, character development, and the history of the Holocaust. It's a difficult watch but such an important film.
