I am not a lawyer, but it sure seems like the BC Conservatives are trying to get rid of Rustad by using a clause in their constitution meant for a situation where the leader is, you know, in a coma or something

Their bylaws reference "incapacitation:, but in legal terms, that's generally a specific thing.

The joy of having a Google Alert set up my name is occasionally I get updates regarding my Nelson City Council name twin Jesse Woodward—who funny enough, ran the year I had looked at running for council in Nanaimo.

Great work from CHLY and DigFM's Heather Watson. Wonderful to see a resurgence of Humpback Whales on the coast. Glad to see people working to navigate how we can reduce collisions with these gentle giants on the Salish Sea.
It was really great to pop into this event and see the work that has been done. I worked at A&B Sound in Nanaimo during it's final years! Great memories.
