Saw a preview of our high school's production of Carrie & holy CATS these kids are talented. Then watched the original Scream in the theater with my daughter. Such a 90s movie (giant cell phones, death from a heavy TV smashing their head, toxic mysogyny, ya know, the usual). Still entertaining tho!

#DnD adventure I'm cooking up is, inspired by the following: The Crucible > Pumpkinhead > Voynich Manuscript > Blaze > Evil Dead. Sure. I'm sure it will all make sense to the PCs (or it won't, and we'll do it anywyay!). Maps and handouts are ready, monsters statted, gotta pick minis next...

I LOVE time loops, I wrote it into one of my #DnD adventures (it's...not easy to do). Easier in movies, and I love a good horror movie/mystery. I think you characterized it perfectly, I just gotta set time aside to watch. Speaking of which, there's a community theater showing of Scream tonight...

As a white male I see this frequently, and it's not "funny" to say peoples' names wrong as it's part of their identity (see also: misgendering). I make a conscious effort to get peoples' names right, and at a global company this is critical. My apologies dear, I responded way too quickly.

I actually commented before reading the full post: This is def "I can't help but notice you don't put the same effort in for white people" and that is NOT OKAY this is being done to you! It's a micro-aggression & it's something that is both simple to get right & important to be respectful of!
