There's also visible tears in the fabric. His stomach is the only one with body hair on his belly. Maruki's saying -- "Thank you Ryuji! It's been a while since I allowed myself to indulge myself and I am grateful you three let me join yesterday, I hope I didn't interrupt your date! I'm feeling quite hungry today, if you three don't mind, I'd like to invite you to another round at Big Bang Burger!" Maruki's stomach has a "Grrrrroooowlll" under it to show he is still hungry. All the characters have onomatopoeia's of stomach sounds like "Gurgle", "Glorp", "Blort", "Groan" etc...
