I’m just this guy, you know? Pro-democracy, pro-peace, pro-people. 2 wheels > 4 wheels.

Slow driving on the racing line. 3-place penalty in the queue for takeoff on departure.
I reckon that scooter was parked in exactly the place he'd been aiming for and it caught him by surprise. And then, because he was sidesaddle, he couldn't save the correction.
Eddie must've found some money.
... But perhaps Honda was slower at accepting and integrating a non-Japanese way of working (even though they've had Europeans in the garage for ages).
"It feels like Honda are six months to a year ahead of Yamaha."

Well, they did have the advantage that their bike was already a V4, so they didn't have to learn entirely new dynamics and likely already had simulations based on actual data. Surprising they aren't further ahead, given resources.
"needs to spend at four weeks"

I'm guessing that should be "at least four weeks".
"But that said, it can’t hurt for Bagnaia to be the senior rider on-site for the remaining races. As long as he’s actually performing, or progressing, or showing signs of unravelling something."

Was this written before Phillip Island?
Why do they keep canceling your orders?

I hope you feel better soon!
You never know with testing, but having the first non-Ducati over a second slower than the leader doesn't bode well. Amongst those others, van der Mark being the second fastest of the others bodes well for the BMW under Petrucci and Oliveira. vdM has the advantage of familiarity, though.
Does look rather temporary, though.
Or perhaps a tuned mass damper, like many (all?) of the MotoGP bikes are now using?
Having said that, do you agree that his foot hit Marc's brake pedal?
I defer to your experience and expertise. At least then, we didn't have to worry about AI alteration of the footage.
Note: I have no fan bias here, and I've never previously discussed this event except with the person who was watching with me. 3/3
...with the way Marc's bike reacted. I'm surprised to learn that journalists retracted that claim. The only thing in question, for me, is whether he kicked the pedal intentionally, or only hit it accidentally while generally kicking at Marc's bike.

I watched this race a couple of weeks ago. I don't recall seeing it at the time, nor had I read any detailed descriptions of the event. At the time of watching, after seeing replays from every angle they had, I concluded Rossi kicked Marc's rear brake pedal. It's the only thing consistent ... 1/3
It'd be a crying shame to lose Phillip Island. It routinely produces some of the best races of the year. Of course, we had some great races at Laguna Seca, too. Sigh.

Interesting comment on the post itself re ownership of the whole Avalon shebang by the Fox family.
Jack has the tools to fix that.
"Congrats on your championship and on finishing your season. Now get to work!"
Sixteen different airlines!
Well, they had all that money in the budget that they weren't spending on Honda any more, so...
Here's hoping GPS apps know how to find their way around that mess!
Should also note that I’m nearly always streaming on demand after the event, not live.
I haven’t had any such problems when using the app on both AppleTV (at home) and iPad (away from home on cellular or Wi-Fi). As far as I recall, I’ve only accessed it via browser a time or two, when it was easier to search for an older event there than on AppleTV. But that would have been same IP.
You are in a maze of exhibit halls, all alike.
