We are excited to announce that Swoon will be our eminent visiting artist for the 2025-26 academic year! A solo exhibition of the artist's work will open in the UW Visual Arts Gallery on August 25. Events with Swoon and her collaborators will enrich our community throughout the coming year.
Check out our BFA exhibition! Please join us tomorrow, Friday 5/16, 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Visual Arts Building Lobby for the Spring 2025 Graduating Senior Celebration and BFA Exhibition Reception. This event is free and open to the public. Parking in adjoining lots is free after 5 p.m.

Students at UW Visual Arts have opportunities for on-the-job learning through a variety of internships. Two students, Heidi Welniak and Sokhee Huh, shared images from their internships this semester. Heidi is working with an architecture firm in Italy while Sokhee is interning with UW Visual Arts.
