Just to clarify, since I was asked this question, you cannot enter from more than one account (say, here and on DeviantArt) - each entrant can only be added to the raffle twice (one for entering and two for sharing the post from the account they entered in) - this helps keep it fair for everyone!

It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.

the fastest way to kill motivation is to make your identity depend on the outcome. it's called ego involvement. when failing becomes failing as a person, your brain starts avoiding the whole thing. not because you don't care, but because you care too much.

you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.
