Sat in a lecture today where a dude who used to work *at Google* said that his biggest excitement about A. I. was that “you don’t have to learn anything anymore!!” -- consider me appropriately horrified.

I dunno why it’s this year specifically I’ve decided to tumble headfirst in Film and Movies but I’ve watched almost 100 this year and it’s more than I’ve watched in the last, I dunno, five years altogether? (Having a home server and collector/media-hoarder tendencies has helped)
