Well, I didn't like Shelby Oaks but I sure enjoyed this one.

Don't let Eli Roth's name deter you, as far as I can tell that hack is just a distributor and producer.

Dream Eater is a creepy one. Enjoy.

Y'know for a 90 minute movie, Shelby Oaks really drags.
November 21, 2025 at 6:04 PM
Sorry, I should clarify.
The movie starts as a mockumentary using found footage from the Youtube series, and then 20 minutes in swaps to a standard narrative style.
Ohhhh Shelby Oaks
You're doing the thing I hate
Where you switch formats throughout
Just be one thing

man imagine if we actually did all do our best to build each other up and stopped competing with each other?

Syrup Moose Radio is 11 weeks from having its 100th episode and I wanted to put it out there that, it would be great to have some voice clips from artists who like the show, like the label, really anything.

Maximum length of like 30 seconds.

... forced out of his colony for, of all things, a white nose. The elders believed it to be a bad omen, and the rest of the community agreed; and so Vesper left. Not even his parents wished him well.

For the last week I've been using a CPAP machine.

It's been honestly wild how much difference it's made even in the last week. I feel significantly better already, and can only imagine it gets better from here.

new Devil Wears Prada is the most I've maybe ever enjoyed them?

Today, November 20th, is the International Trans Day of Remembrance; and amidst the near constant attacks on trans people from all sides I think its a day to remember, but also to support those who are struggling. Support trans artists, give to mutual aid, speak out in support, take fucking action.

Last event thing of 2025.
If you're in #Vancouver and can go check it out that would be huge. It's a screening, so sadly I won't be in attendance.

the worst thing about operating a label primarily on the internet is all the time you have to spend on the internet.

A piece of clarification:

SMR will use Elastic Stage ONLY for Vinyl and CD releases - which, at the moment, we don't have either of those things planned.

Cassettes will be made in house as they always have been.

MELODRAMA by To Octavia
is a hell of a nostalgic shot in the arm of this aging scene kid, I'll say that for sure.

I'm really enjoying Critical Role Campaign 4 but it still takes me most of the week to listen to the whole episode.
