Just saw One Battle After Another. Perfect movie in every category except one. The first act spends too much time in transit, and when the third act kicks off and things get really fun, it sort of just fizzles out. I really wanted another 20 minutes of climactic action.

It really feels like that. Industries everywhere crumbling, politics flying way off the handle, the internet is becoming a weird husk, bitcoin, NFTs, metaverse, AI all one after the other. It's like everything's speeding up before a massive crash, and hopefully a reboot.
