Ok idea for a fallout enemy. A Salmon with legs grown to the size of a molerat. Give it a spitting attack. They will jump out of water in groups, all spit at you, and then swarm you.

I think the reason he’s doing it now, aside from distracting from Epstein, is he knows they’re going to lose hard in the midterms so he’s trying to pay off his political sponsors before he can’t anymore. And of course distract from Epstein.
