I’m so normal about this film

Dallas sitting in the MOTHER interface room, at a console. The room is dimly lit with warm lighting to evoke a sense of calm, and the surfaces of the walls are lit up with dots of light, indicators of function status across the ship. I love this scene because it establishes the interface room as a safe space, which then gets subverted later in the film.

I was like wow mental illness symptoms etc and then i stopped myself like hold on. You feel physically unwell right now so it’s probably having an effect on how you feel mentally too. And when I thought of it like that it made me feel like it wasn’t an issue anymore

She was making remarks whenever people who were triaged after her got seen first, as if she was expecting everyone to be seen chronologically instead of in order of severity. Bestie maybe the reason you’ve been here for 7 hours is because you shouldn’t be here in the first place

When I was in A&E there was a woman sat behind me on the phone the whole time, loudly complaining about the wait time so I listened in to see why she was in A&E on a Sunday evening. She had a sprained wrist

Without getting into spoilers, I’m a little unsure about the ending ‘fix’ & epilogue situation but maybe that’s because I haven’t played much of the epilogue yet. Love that there’s still a lot left to uncover in the story though

It still feels fresh & engaging enough to keep repeating the runs over and over, the new characters are all interesting & I enjoy the dialogue interactions for (most of) them, the redesigns for previous characters range from excellent (Chaos) to terrible (Dionysus) and I like that there’s a frog

Hades II
Video Game

Technically haven’t completed this yet but I finished the main storyline. I love Supergiant, Transistor is my favourite game & I loved Hades a lot too so I already knew this would be up my alley. And it was! It’s basically just Hades again but with some new features & mechanics.
