mom dumbass leftists are still trying to cancel Will Stancil for saying the word "Indian", wake me up, it's 2018 and I'm clearly trapped in a recursive fever dream

the telos of gender accelerationism post 2023 is "getting extremely mad at FTM transsexuals online and constantly ranting about them".

anarchists are profoundly unserious people
February 3, 2026 at 7:20 AM
the left literally cannot do anything right
February 2, 2026 at 11:43 PM
There is something truly poetic about Will Stancil being sidelined and canceled by the most deranged, hyperonline retards on this site while he has been relentlessly doing far more IRL work than they ever have.

Maduro was a bad man, I'm glad that he was deposed. My main critiques are with the way it was done. Watching leftists go to bat for the guy who gunned down student protestors and was so unpopular a majority of the nation voted against him is quite surreal though.

Today, in actually insane antiAI takes: rebranded Nazi "degenerate art" rhetoric. wewu

It's fucking insane that boiling water rhetoric is still being tossed around by antiAI people, like come on.

had no idea these could grow so large
I've had the pleasure of finding a giant puffball mushroom near a cow field once when I was on vacation in The Netherlands.

It was as large as a soccer ball and entirely white.

We cut it into slices and fried it in butter like a Schnitzel. It was delicious. I regret not having photos of it.

it's becoming increasingly clear that all the anti AI people are just idiots or reactionaries reverse polarized into hating it and spewing increasingly incoherent arguments on why it's bad.

jay is 100% in the right here btw and the reaction to this is an excellent demonstration of how doomed this site is.
Are you paying us? Where?

it's insane how proud some people on this site are of... not understanding how LLM's work.

bluesky censoring porn is crazy

stancil is 100% correct here, after hearing originally about the groyper thing it took the span of a single minute on the timeline to dismiss it as probably being untrue
A lot of you really need to sit down and think about how easily you believed a huge, obvious pack of lies about this, in the face of clear evidence to the contrary, just because you heard it repeated a lot and found it ideologically validating. Barely distinguishable from MAGA conspiracy nonsense.

game theory is an interesting thing, my question is, when will the libs and left wake up to it and start entrenching?
September 14, 2025 at 10:12 PM
the right is currently attempting to, in one of the stupidest moves I have ever seen, assemble a mass database of leftists and libs who remarked on kirk's death to essentially industrialize cancel culture. I genuinely believe this is the worst, most self defeating thing they've ever done.

Put bluntly, if you cheer for the death of Charlie Kirk, you are an objectively bad person that is accelerating the coming of the American Years of Lead. I do not think the left would win that.

interesting case of anti-AI psychosis in the replies to this. people on this site have essentially self segregated themselves into a slowly shrinking ghetto. AI, politics, culture, bluesky can be best described as an eternal 2023 return.
This. Bluesky could be a great alternative to LinkedIn for work-related convos in my field, but the transition from X/Twitter to here hasn't happened for privacy (with the few laudable exceptions) as much as it has with politics and journalism. Interestingly though, I see more AI folks posting here.
Bluesky is shrinking rather than growing. It has no source of revenue. If it doesn’t grow, *it will die*.

Constantly making it unwelcoming, saying who you don’t want here, setting rules for what other sites people should and shouldn’t use, and the like, will kill it quicker.
