And eating smaller portions. I’m super lazy so I just swapped microwave meals for the low calorie ‘weight watchers” ones. I walk a lot too, my work commute is a 4-mile round trip but I don’t do a lot of other exercise.
If I can do it, you 100% got this!

Aw, thank-you! If I can be motivational in any way then I’m happy for it!
Honestly, most of it is diet, I stopped energy drinks and most fizzy drinks, switched snacking on Haribo and crisps to dried fruit and nuts and basically reading the colour-coded listings on food packaging.

TW: Partial Nudity/Weight Loss

So as many of you will know, I’ve been on a bit of a weight-loss journey over the last few months, and I don’t think it really hit me how well I’m doing until I tried some cosplays on at the weekend!

So I finally framed and hung the New York subway sign I made in InDesign!

It looks amazing with the black frame, I’m so happy with how it turned out!

Started work at 6am today, meaning I had to get up at 4.30.
I feel surprisingly good, and there being nobody else in the office means I can get through my morning jobs easily, and don’t have to wrestle anyone to use the kettle!

I have a 2D Animation degree, niche even within art, film and animation, so surely mine would be one of the first to be ditched under this plan? 2D animation is a mainstay of TV animation but can also be seen as “for kids”, so would probably be canned. Let people pay and study what they want!
