I am so sad that #Harlem on #AmazonPrime ended. I love this show! The last two episodes were beautiful. I laughed & i cried. In the end the message is to love, support, appreciate & show up for your village.. and always choose yourself rather than dimming your light just to say you have someone.

Companies are getting financial incentives to mandate their employees to return to office full time b/c why else are we REALLY doing this? I need these old school leaders to retire already. Flexibility is key. Companies want folks to quit or use this as reasoning for layoffs
